Terms and Conditions:
You can exchange the size or product FREE of charge within 30 DAYS of receiving it. From the second exchange onwards, shipping costs will apply.
You can return your order within 14 DAYS of receiving it. If you opt for a refund, SHIPPING COSTS will be charged.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use, damage, stains, odours, or any other condition that would prevent them from being resold as new. The original packaging, labels, and any accessories that were part of the product must also be included.
The refund: It will be processed once the returned goods have been received and verified according to the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.
If the refund is made to the same payment method, the process is immediate. For other methods, it may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the bank.
Bonheur: It will not be responsible for delivery errors if the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
If the customer changes their mind about the order during the shipping process, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
